Are your prices fixed?
Your weekly price is confirmed in writing after your free assessment. If needs change and a different level of care is needed, we talk it through with you and explain the new price in writing before it applies.
Who pays for the carer's food?
The carer's food comes from the household shop, as it would for anyone living in the home. The carer also needs a private bedroom and Wi-Fi or a reliable phone signal.
Can I get a price for a couple?
Yes. Two people sharing one live-in carer start from £1,800 a week for Everyday care, £1,900 for Enhanced and from £2,300 for Complex.
What about a second carer?
If two carers need to live in, for example for two-person transfers day and night, the second carer is £100 a week less than your level price.
How do people pay for live-in care?
Many families pay privately. Depending on needs and finances, the council or the NHS may pay for some or all of the care. See ways to pay for live-in care.
Do you charge VAT or a registration fee?
No. Our care is exempt from VAT and there is no registration fee.
How much does hourly care cost?
It depends on how many hours you need and when. We confirm the price in writing after a free assessment, with no obligation.
