What happens on the first call?
A friendly member of our team asks about the person, their needs, their home and what you hope for. We explain how it works and give a guide price. No pressure and no obligation.
What is the free assessment?
We meet you and the person needing care, usually at home, to understand needs and routines. We agree the level of care, write the care plan with you and confirm the price in writing.
How quickly can care start?
We aim for 5 to 7 days where a carer is available, and faster for hospital discharge when we can. We'll always be honest about timing.
What if it isn't working?
We review at day 14. If the match isn't right, we change the carer at no extra cost.
What does the price include, and what do we provide?
Your carer, all holiday, sickness and break cover, the care plan, a 24/7 on-call manager and regular quality visits. You provide a bedroom for the carer, their meals as part of the household shop, and Wi-Fi or a phone signal.
Guide prices are weekly, for one live-in carer, and are confirmed in writing after a free assessment. Couples: £1,800, £1,900 or from £2,300 a week. Extras, such as a carer using their own car, are priced separately. Timescales depend on carer availability. This page gives general information and does not replace an individual assessment.
